Late Entry:

Buzzer will be turned off 5 minutes after the start of class. Students who do not arrive within this grace period forfeit their reservation and are charged in full.

Maximum Capacity:

The buzzer will also be turned off if we reach capacity in class. We love that you all want to come to class but we have to consider everyone's safety.

Class Reservations:

For cancellations, classes reserved using the Webscheduler may be cancelled up until an hour before the class time. Classes not cancelled within the respective hour prior to the class time will be charged in full.

Substitute Teachers:

Dou Yoga reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher for all classes without prior notice. The class schedule will reflect any changes.

Refunds:

All sales are final. However, if there is a legitimate reason a refund ought to be given please contact the studio directly via Email

Expiration / Class pack extension:

In the case that you do not use up the entire class package within the amount of time given, there is a $5 class pack extension fee that will give you an additional month from the date of expiration. (e.g. Expiration is 5/1/2015, the class pack extension would extend it 6/1/2015)

PLEASE EMAIL US AFTER PURCHASE. THE EXTENSION DOES NOT GO INTO AFFECT AUTOMATICALLY, IT IS ADJUSTED MANUALLY BY US.

Sharing:

It is a policy of ours to keep the class packages separate at Dou. It is not possible to share class packages with family members or friends.

*Membership:

The Monthly Unlimited Membership is a minimum of 3 months. For your convenience, memberships will be auto-billed each month. The membership can be placed on hold for a total of 1 time within the year for no less than 30 days and no more than 90 days. The membership lasts for 1 year. All sales are final for the membership, after the initial 3 months the membership can be cancelled at any time with 30-day prior notice. To notify of cancellation please email info@dou-yoga.com The membership also includes free mat storage.

Workshops:

A full refund or a credit will be given for cancellations with two weeks notice. To notify of cancelations, please email info@dou-yoga.com.
A credit of the full amount will be given to any cancellations within the two weeks prior to the workshop, including the day of the workshop. You must contact info@dou-yoga.com to receive the credit. Your credit will be associated with your account and can be applied to any future purchase with Dou.

At Dou we believe that having a healthy community is just as important as a healthy individual. If you have time but not as much financial resources, ask us about the work-study program.
